Angela S. Silvestre sold 261 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville to Daniel J. Silvestre for $145,000.

Dec. 20

Virginia M. Ventura Colburn Trust sold 49 Green Valley Drive, Oakdale to Valerie J. Meyers for $202,500.

Dec. 21

Elizabeth Lucy sold 119A Woodland Drive, Uncasville to Henrietta Gyurik for $64,000.

Edward A. Lusher Jr. sold 922-924 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville to Lusher LLC for $139,622.
