SCORE Workshop: Assessing Your Business Health

No Surprises!  You can get
close to that ideal by reviewing the ongoing viability of your business on a
periodic basis.  This workshop will blend
a thought model, some useful guidelines and references, and participant
experiences into a practical framework for use in assessing business
health.  Discussions and reference
readings will touch on financial health, customer relations, marketing,
management and employee relations, operations, and risk management.  In addition to the presenter, several other
SCORE counselors will discuss experiences in the workshop.
