Mohegan Sun Winefest Craft Beer Pairing Seminar

Based on recipes from
the American Craft Beer Cookbook, the seminar will lead attendees
through a 5 course tasting and pairing event featuring a Spiegelau
crystal tulip beer glass that is proven to keep beer colder and carbonated
longer, as well as effectively enhance the beer tasting experience.  A
Grafton Village Cheese Course, three selections from sea, farm & field, and
dessert will be served. Led by industry veterans Dave Hartmann & John Holl,
the seminar is designed to enlighten how the primary and broad ranging flavors
in craft beer complement, contrast with and accentuate what we eat.
