Shining Stars - Walking to Create A World Free of MS - Craft and Vendor Event

Multiple Sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system (CNS), which is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. Symptoms may be mild, such as numbness in the limbs, or severe, such as paralysis or loss of vision. The progress, severity, and specific symptoms of MS are unpredictable and vary from one person to another. Today, new treatments and advances in research are giving new hope to people affected by the disease.

This event is being put together by Kailah Pflugbeil, to help raise money to go towards a walk that she is participating in on April 21, 2013 starting at Mitchell College, New London, CT. All proceeds made at this vendor event will go towards WALK MS.

This event will have over 20 vendors participating and donating raffle prizes from such businesses as: Mary Kay, Initials Inc, Avon, Pampered Chef, Origami Owl and many more. The admission is free for everyone. We will have the Rolling Tomato with us making their brick oven pizza, music, raffles and so much more.
