In the spirit of the 'A Chili Knights' chili contest that had been held anually at the Oakdale Fire House, the Montville Republican Town Committee will be sponsoring a Chili Cook-Off to see who makes the best chili in Montville.
A $100 prize for the first place as chosen by the judges and prizes for 2nd and 3rd, Best Decorated Table and Peoples Choice.

This is a fun event and and a chance to sample plenty of great chili.
Those entering a pot of chili are free; general admission is $5 with children under 12 free.
