Celebrate Easter Sunday with Ballo

BALLO Italian Restaurant and Social Club is celebrating Easter Sunday with a special prix fixe
menu. Diners will be able to enjoy a three-course menu for $65 per person,
available from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu includes:

First Course

Maplebrook Farms buratta, citrus and candied pistachios

Crispy
pork belly, honey crisp apples, radicchio and chili infused honey

Arugula
salad, shaved Parmigiano, toasted pine nuts and lemon

Second Course

Grilled
lamb chops with escarole and livornese

Day
boat sea scallops with grilled asparagus, fig and goat cheese polenta

Tagliatelle,
shrimp, lemon and cherry tomatoes

Dessert

Ricotta and mascarpone tart, toasted almond gelato and Amarena cherries

Tiramisu
with Kahlua chocolate glaze

Vanilla
cannoli with pistachio and shaved chocolate
