I know they’re talking about snow for us this weekend, but I’m fairly certain that with temps in the high 30s and low 40s there’s no way the precipitation will be light and fluffy, more like heavy and all wet, also known as rain and lots of it. Still the roads may be very slippery and with all the snow still on the ground it will get pretty slushy during the daytime hours, but nighttime could be another matter. In any event, it’s won’t be a weekend for doing outdoor activities. Here’s our full forecast form the National Weather Service.
Saturday, high 40 low 46 with a snow rain mix early changing to mostly rain.
Saturday night Cloudy with periods of rain with a low of 36 and wind gusts of 25 to 30 mph.
Sunday, rain with a high of 41 and some wind of up to 20 mph
Sunday night, a different story as temps drop to a high of 20 and the last of the rain will switch to snow showers.
