Radar Shows Moderate to Heavy Snow This Afternoon, Then Freezing Rain, Icy Conditions
The snow will continue until 5, getting heavy at times for us, then ice and freezing rain.
The National Weather Service makes it pretty clear:
“Any ice accumulation by this evening on top of the snow accumulation will make for dangerous conditions... especially on untreated roadways. With temperatures hovering near freezing tonight... expect any ice to remain until daybreak Tuesday morning.”
