Daily Five: President Calls, Senior Center Bus & Generator and Big CL&P Thumbs-Down

Your Five is pretty newsy, today.

1. A balmy day today with clouds and a high of 50; works for me.

2. Not enough for a story, but definitely wanted to share additional tidbits gleaned from the Town Council meeting Wednesday. 3. A new handicap bus is on the horizon for the senior center via grant monies. That's awesome.

4. The town is eyeing getting a generator for the senior center at some point in the future. That makes sense especially in light of the fact that well, Montville’s lights tend to go out after the smallest breeze these days.

5. And speaking of electricity, McDaniel said that CL&P’s response following the storm was abysmal.
