Power was just restored at the water treatment plant on Pink Row, according to assistant superintendent Tom McNally. It remains out at pump stations throughout town, which are operating on generator power.

Montville Fire Company, on Route 163, has a set up in the parking lot for people to get non-potable water to flush toilets. This will be open all day today.

Oakdale Fire Company also has non-portable water for residents. Please bring your own containers.

Superintendent Pam Aubin says Montville High School will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. for showers "until further notice." You can bing containers for drinking water and fill them up there, as well.

Montville Public Schools plan to open for the year on Tuesday.
