Celebrating Earth Day at Hammonasset

Earth Day was officially Tuesday, April 22 this year but the festivities are not over on Connecticut’s beautiful shoreline.

A variety of events will be held at the Hammonasset Beach State Park, Connecticut’s largest shoreline park, in Madison this Saturday, April 26.

All events will be held at the park’s Meigs Point Nature Center and are supported by The Friends of Hammonasset, R.J. Julia Bookseller’s, and A Place Called Hope.
