The Pants Fall Off and the Weight Will Catch Up. I Hope...
Not showing on the scale ... and gas, too.
At my appointment the day before Thanksgiving, at weight in I found out I only GOT RID OF3 1/2 pounds. I was shocked and started to cry.
"But my pants are falling off me. My shirts are getting bigger." The doctor informed me that the weight loss will not show on the scale YET.
After he did the fill, I was expecting him to tell me that I had to go back to liquid for two days and then full liquid and so on back to real food. Long after Thanksgiving was over. But to my surprise he told me to eat real food. WOW. BUT EAT SLOWLY AND SMALL amounts and chew, chew and chew .

There is a side affect that people do need to know about... gas.
Yes that's right GAS because only some of your stomach is used, so you have a gas build up in the lower part. Which has to come out in one form or another. So let you will be releasing GAS a lot. Just to let you know it's not all roses and sunshine there is GAS.
