Facebook page launches; criticism against utility's handling of latest crisis increases

Customers of Connecticut Light & Power are stepping up their criticism of the utility's handling of the latest power crisis brought on by Mother Nature.

Residents are posting their feelings on Facebook, both the company's page and this new page.

Currently more than 400,000 CL&P customers remain without power.
