CT Police Investigating Alleged Montville Prison Sexual Assault

A 36-year-old man was allegedly sexually assaulted at Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution.

Connecticut State Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault of a 36-year-old Suffield man at Montville's Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution.

On April 1, a 36-year-old man was allegedly sexually assaulted at the prison, according to a state police press release. On Wednesday at 9:47 p.m., state police announced they were investigating the alleged assault. No information was released on why there was a delay.

The man was not injured in the sexual assault, according to the release. The nature of the alleged sexual assault and all other details were not released.
