Delta Rae are the pride of Durham, North Carolina. The 6-person unit - 3 siblings, Brittany, Ian and Eric Hölljes, along with Elizabeth Hopkins, Mike McKee and Grant Emerson - create a sound rich in Carolina soul with hypnotizing 4-part boy/girl harmonies. Think Americana meets alternative meets blue grass meets pop. The band put on an incredible live performance and have headlined shows to sold out crowds across the country, mostly in the South, and played several shows at SXSW in Austin this year. They are currently out on the road and will play a variety of festivals this summer and fall including Mountain Jam in Upstate NY and Harvest Fest in Arkansas. They were signed by legendary rock n ‘roll A&R man Seymour Stein, who is responsible for bringing in talent like The Talking Heads, Madonna and The Ramones over the years. This is his first signing in quite some time.
