I love earrings. Love them! And as anyone who has a lot of earrings can tell you, it can be hard to keep them neatly, especially in a way that doesn't take up a lot of room on a crowded bureau top.
A few years ago, I came up with a great idea. I got one of those window-insert screens, the kind that slides apart to fill the open space in the window, and I hung it on the wall, and hung my earrings from it.
It makes me happy every morning. I love being able to find my earrings, and I really like the way they look up there on the wall. And yes, I've hung my few necklaces up there, too.
