He rode through town Saturday on a Mohegan Fire truck
Santa took a ride through the Mohegan area of town Saturday evening, greeting kids and parents, handing out candy canes and generally having a grand old holiday time.
Saint Nick has been riding in town on trucks for more than 15 years, said Lt. Jim Sajkowicz, who's been with the department for that long, and says Santa was around before he was.
So with just a week to go before Christmas, it seems pretty clear that old Santa has his eye on Montville! Better be good, kids!
