The Spa at Norwich Inn, one of the largest and best-known in the area, offers waxing, makeup, hairstyling, body wraps and hand and foot therapy. Facials generally fall around the $100 range, as do some of the more unique offerings such as Reiki therapy and herbal body exfoliation. Other services include a room for couples, and tarot card readings, too.

Elemis at Mohegan Sun is one of the spa chain’s three locations in the U.S. Along with a range of manicures and hair-cut options, the spa's offerings include aroma stone therapy, Swedish massage, deep-tissue muscle massage and Hawaian wave four hand.
The space also has a gym and exercise studio with $120 monthly membership.

Located on State Street in New London, Cadmarie will do manicures, pedicures, waxing and hair-coloring. Manicure prices range from $10 to $25. If you want some really far-out nails with design and glitter, this is the place to go.

Inside the Mystic Marriott, the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa offers everything from massages to makeup help, cuts and coloring, exercise space, manicures to pedicures and a relaxation room.
The spa offers "time-saver" services, an array of services especially for men, and a wide variety of packages ranging from the "Open Door" package at $99, which includes a time saver facial or time saver massage, a warm cream manicure and a makeup refresher, to the Ultimate Indulgence, at $482, which includes the Ultimate Arden facial, desert hot-ston massage, olive oil manicure and pedicure, shampoo and blow dry, a makeup refresher and a spa lunch.
A small gym is well-equipped for working out, and there's a pool and hot tub, too. You can join the spa on a monthly or longer basis.
