You've probably noticed that DEP has become DEEP. Yup, the state Department of Environmental Protection has added Energy to its acronym and its influence and is now the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, or DEEP.
It has recently sent out a newsletter full of tips and ideas to help the environment here in the state.
