Montville Patch just spoke to Shawna, the owner of Sensi, the dog who was lost for two days and she told us ... he's home!
"Someone, we don't know who, tied him to our front porch, rang the doorbell and by the time my husband got to the door the person was gone," she said. "I don't know who, but I just want to thank whoever it was and everyone who was looking."
Shawna said her "worst fear" was that Sensi had frozen to death: "That was the sight playing over and over in my mind. We were looking and looking in the woods, everywhere and I was just so scared."
But he's home and while no real worse for the wear, he hit his water bowl for a good long drink and then went straight to sleep.
A happy ending! Yay!
