Summer Camp and Recreation Presentation for Children with Disabilities

The Connecticut Family Support Network will hold its annual presentation on Summer Camps and Recreational Activities for Children with Special Needs at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital on March 5th at 6 pm.  The presentation will offer parents an opportunity to meet with representatives from local and statewide camps, share information with other parents, and discuss funding resources.  The presentation is offered to help parents of children with special needs find summer programing, and find actives for their children when summer school is over.  Parents will have an opportunity to talk to program directors and parents who have used the programs and find out if their child might benefit from the same program.  Registration is required before March 1st.  For more information or to register please contact April Dipollina at the CT Family Support Network-Southeast: adipollina@lmhosp.org 860-271-4371.
