Rash Of Thefts From Cars; It's Not Us, But It Could Be

East Lyme police have seen an increase in thefts from cars. Bad guys probably don't recognize town borders.

From Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance:

Over the past three weeks, officers from the East Lyme Resident Troopers' Office have responded to investigate numerous thefts from unlocked vehicles throughout the town.

The thefts appear to be perpetrated during the nighttime hours with electronics and money being the targeted by the suspects.
